Premix

A premix is a pre-blended dry system that combines every non-water ingredient of a drink, dairy solids, sugars, flavors and stabilizers, in fixed ratios inside one package. One measured dose plus hot water or milk reproduces the full recipe, cup after cup.
On the bar a premix deletes multi-ingredient dosing entirely. Brix, dairy character and aromatics are locked at the factory, ticket time drops to roughly 30 seconds, and the storeroom carries one ambient SKU instead of a refrigerated stack.
The Base's chai, karak, matcha and raf bases are commercial-grade premixes engineered for HoReCa throughput.
